West Springfield Elementary School is proud to have been recognized as a 2023 Purple Star school, which is awarded to military-friendly schools that have demonstrated a major commitment to students and families connected to our nation’s military. This represents WSES' second time being recognized with this distinction.

West Springfield's Summer Reading Challenge 2023
June 13, 2023
To participate in the WSES Summer Reading Challenge, students will need to complete at least five of the reading challenges. Students who complete at least five activities by AUGUST 25th will be invited to a summer reading celebration at the beginning of the 2023-24 school year!
